Decatur Alumni Website
The Decatur Alumni Website chronicles the Alumni of DHS from 1935 to 1984 when our school consolidated. We are striving to include grauation pictures (when available) and current pictures; information about each graduate since leaving DHS; personal information, such as mailing addresses, phone #'s e-mail addresses whenever possible. We consider this Website to be " a work in progress" since people marry, have children, move, divorce and die. We hope to constantly update it as information becomes available to keep it as current as humanly possible. Since each Graduate will have a personal page, we encourage everyone to send any current information or pictures that they would like to share to be included in their space.
Decatur Improvement Committee
This is an organization started by some local business owners and interested citizens to promote and help improve the Village of Decatur.  They work with the Village Council and Nebraska Economic Development to do projects that benefit the people of the Village. They want to help anyone interested in starting a business in Decatur, or moving to Decatur to accomplish that goal.  In 2003, they raised over $85,000 for sidewalk improvement, street banners, cement flower pots and other smaller projects to help make Decatur more attractive to its visitors.
